Tiple Therapy With Probiotics And The Triple Therapy Of Hp Positive Curative Effect Observation Of Duodenal Ulcer

Objective：To compare the therapeutic effects，safety and economy of different therapies forHelicobacter pylori eradication．Method：Ninety patients with H pylori positive of duodenal ulcer were randomly divided twogroups.The treatment group were administered Omeprazole(20mg),Clarithromycin(250mg),Amoxicillin,Clavulanate Potassium(450mg),BifidobacteriumTetravaccine(1000mg),twice a day,14-days； while the control group receivedOmeprazole(20mg), Clarithromycin(250mg),Amoxicillin and ClavulanatePotassium(450mg),twice a day,14-days.Then two group are all treated byOmeprazole20mg twice a day,the course of treatment are8weeks,none of other antacidsis used.The adverse effects and the control of clinical symptoms were recorded duringthe course of treatment.In order to evaluate the release of the gastrointestinal symptomand drug side-effects.After finishing of H.pylori therapy at least four weeks,and afterwithdrawal of rabeprazole at least two weeks later, the4C-UBT test was performed toevaluate the condition of HP eradication.Results：Four patients were lost to follow in the treatment group.Three patients refused tofollow-up,mobile phone of a patient in the control group couldn’t get through. On theintention to treat analysis and the Perprotocol analysis,the eradication rates of HP in treatment group were86.67%and90.69%.the control group were82.23%and86.04%,the eradication rates of HP in treatment group is higher than that of the controlgroup,but the difference was not significant by statistics(P>0.05)；The occurrence ofADR in the treatment group and control group were4.65%and20.93%,respectivelywith significant difference.The cost of anti-HP therapy of the course of treatment was398.9yuan(YMB) and302.3yuan(RMB) in the treatment group and control group.Theexpected cost of treatment group was96.6yuan(RMB) lower than of control group.Conclusion：1.Triple therapy with probiotics has a lower incidence of adverse reaction whencompared with triple therapy,thus it will raise the tolerance of the treatment.2. Triple therapy with probiotics and triple therapy can both achieve higheradication rates, can significantly improve the patient’s gastrointestinal symptoms.3.The ratio of H.pylori eradication，the clinical symptom remissionrates and the peptic ulcer healing rates were not different significantly between tripletherapy with probiotics and triple therapy（P>0.05）.4. Triple therapy with probiotics has good compliance, and nosignificant difference in cost, lower cost and superior ratio of effectiveness to price,isclinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer ideal.
