Objective:To optimize the therapeutic scheme during perioperation period of elderly hip fracture is a valuable research for orthopedics physicians. This study is to observe the clinical curative effect of Tao-Hong-Si-Wu Decoction in the prevention and treatment of lower-limb DVT on senile hip fracture during perioperative period, to explore the clinical value and mechanism of TCM on senile hip fracture during perioperative period, and to provide the basis for the treatment of Western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine surround operation period. Methods:By using the method of single-blind, randomized comparison,53cases of patients were included in the standard, and were randomly divided into treatment group of27cases,26cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with oral Tao-Hong-Si-Wu Decoction12h after operation, one dose daily into morning and evening, for the treatment of10d; the control group were treated12h after operation with low molecular weight heparin by subcutaneous injection of4100iu QD, for the treatment of10d. The remaining treatment of two groups keep the same. Blood routine, D dimer and measurement in patients with limb swelling degree were done on preoperative and postoperative eleventh day. After eleventh world deep venous color Doppler examination. Deep venous color Doppler examination was done on postoperative eleventh day. Compare the DVT numerical difference rate, hemoglobin, platelet, limb swelling and D-dimer index of two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results:There are3cases of DVT in the treatment group, while2cases of DVT in the ontrol group. The difference between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).There is no statistical significance between the two groups of patients with preoperative hemoglobin, limb swelling degree. The difference of D-dimer, platelet value before and after operation has no statistical significance (P>0.05). The treatment group postoperative hemoglobin is higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Postoperative limb swelling degree is less than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that the effect between the Tao-Hong-Si-Wu Decoction and low molecular weight heparin in prevention and treatment of lower-limb DVT on senile hip fracture during perioperative period. However, Tao-Hong-Si-Wu Decoction has better efficacy on reducing limb swelling degree and promoting anemic recovery, and It is easy to use,so it can be used for anticoagulant after discharge. In a word TCM is worth to use. TCM can play a certain role in the treatment of senile hip fracture during perioperative period. Chinese and Western medicine treatment scheme is worth in-depth study surround operation period.
