Objective:To understand characteristics of blood test unqualified Voluntory Donors during2009-2011in Yiyang, in order to further promote and perfect the work of blood donation without compensation to provide scientific basis.Methods:By collected CaiGongXie work data and business files, blood donor consult table and return visit records in center of blood stations during2009-2011in Yiyang, Hunan province, and extracted each year on February, may and August, November of voluntary blood donors as this investigation of the object of study, a total of6793. Understanding the blood donation basic material and blood testing results in Yiyang.using statistical analysis, questionnaire survey research method, free blood donation blood to detect unqualified crowd of gender, age, education, occupation, blood donation purpose, blood donation services needs were statistically analyzed.Results:1. During2009-2011,free blood donation of blood donation people70552person-time in Yiyang, the total of donations were116438ml, number of donors increased year by year, blood donation rate was0.50%. blood test fraction defective was dropping year by year (χ2=8.374, P<0.05) during2009-2011in Yiyang.2. In ALT detection results, male’s fraction defective was higher than women (χ2=137.986, P<0.05);25-44years of age not qualified rate was highest (χ2=178.154, P<0.05); Other professional fraction defective highest, fraction defective is2.8%, military fraction defective minimum, percent of pass is0(χ2=123.399,P<0.05);, record of formal schooling for junior middle school’s not qualified rate is the highest, about3.3%, college is not qualified rate is lowest, is0.8%(χ2=86.286, P<0.05).3. In the HBsAg detection results, male not qualified rate was higher than women (χ2=4.808, P<0.05);, fraction defective is highest is35to44years of age, percent of pass is2.3%(χ2=44.757,P<0.05);(χ2=256.564, P<0.05) other professional highest, fraction defective is3.5%, military fraction defective is lowest, fraction defective is0; Degree for junior middle school’s not qualified rate is the highest, about3.7%, college is not qualified rate is lowest, is0.7%(χ2=96.173, P<0.05).4. In anti-HCV detection results, male not percent of pass is2.1%, the female not percent of pass is0.9%, male and female donors anti-HCV fraction defective no difference (χ2=2.564, P=0.109);45to55years of age is not the highest rate (χ2=155.410, P<0.05); Other professional highest, fraction defective is1.5%, military fraction defective minimum, percent of pass is0(χ2=58.244, P<0.05); Education for primary and the following fraction defective is the highest, about2.1%, junior middle school’s not qualified rate is lowest, is0.4%(χ2=96.173, P<0.05).5. In Anti-HIV test results, the male not percent of pass is0.01%, the female not percent of pass is0.04%;18to24,25to34,35to44,45to55years of age is not qualified rate were0.03%,0.03%,0.07%and0.07%; Different gender (x2=0.408, P=0.523), age (χ2=2.315, P=0.510), occupation (χ2=5.284, P=0.625), education (χ2=3.534, P=0.473) anti-HIV testing is not qualified rate no difference.6.In TP detection results, male not qualified rate was higher than women (χ2=55.139, P<0.05);18to24,25to34years of age is not the highest rate (χ2=21.527, P<0.05); Different professional blood donation people don’t percent of pass no difference (χ2=5.284, P=0.625);record of formal schooling for junior middle school’s not qualified rate is the highest, about1.9%, bachelor or above the lowest rate, at0.6%(χ2=49.129, P<0.05).7.300ml’s not qualified rate was higher than400ml fraction defective (x2=7.341, P<0.05). Blood donation three times less than the rate of blood donation2times and1time of blood donor (χ2=1062.075, P<0.05).8. Detection eligible and not eligible for the blood donation goal difference have statistical significance, in the test eligible, blood donation purpose row first is giving love, accounted for71.0%; In the test not eligible, blood donation purpose occupies the first place of health inspection, accounted for72.0%. In the test eligible and not eligible for blood donation service demand in the comparison, the comparison of blood donation service process have statistical significance (χ2=69.274, P<0.05), in blood donation service process of the four aspects, detection eligible in traffic convenient city increase blood point "this needs than detection not eligible large.conclusion:1. During2009-2011, the average blood donation rate was0.50%in Yiyang, and the average blood tests not percent of pass is5.2%.2. ALT and HBsAg blood to detect unqualified crowd to men,25-44years old, junior high school of Lord; Anti-HCV blood to detect unqualified crowd to45-45years old, elementary school and primary school the following Lord; TP blood to detect unqualified crowd to men,25to34years, and junior high school is given priority to.3. Testing qualified blood donors of blood donation goal mainly is to love, and unqualified blood donors of blood donation goal mainly is health examination.
