The Purposes：Postmenopausal osteoporosis is one of the most common diseases to harm themiddle-aged and old people，which is called one of the three diseases about old peope byThe WHO．Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a major disease which causes of fractures inelderly women. It directly reduces the patients’ quality of life and increased the rate ofdisability and death, but it is not easy to be discovered.The screening conditions is high.The purpose of this research is to understand the Distribution characteristics of TraditionaIChinese MedicaI Syndrome about the decrease of bone with postmenopausal women,which provides some information related to the traditional Chinese medicine for the earlyprevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis. It play a reference role on the theory oftraditional Chinese medicine,which Preventes the desease before it occurs.The Tesearch Methods：On the basis of the literature research, and with the advise of my mentor, We designinformation collection sheet about TraditionaI Chinese MedioaI Syndrome about thedecrease of bone with postmenopausal women. Then we collect200cases and use SPSSstatistical software to establish the database by the descriptive analysis, cluster analysis,principalcomponent analysis.The Results of the Study：Through clustering analysis, we classify the information about the decrease of bonewith postmenopausal women into four types, the resulthe of dialectical points are asfollows: The common symptom of deficiency of liver and kidney Yin syndrome points arelumbar debility, eye dryness, insomnia, much dream, less moss, pulse count.Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome points are lower back pain, chills likewarm, not thirsty, cold limbs pain, the valley, not face white, loose stools, KouDan notthirsty, even diarrhea, pale tongue fat or have teeth marks, moss white slippery, Pulseheavy thin.Spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome points: lower back pain, chills like warm,mouth feel no taste not thirsty, cold limbs pain, the valley, not face white, loose stools,mouth feel no taste not thirsty, even diarrhea, pale tongue fat or have teeth marks, mosswhite slippery, veins thin.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome points: low back pain, complexion dark, foodafter abdominal distention, skin armour fault, skin mucous membrane petechiae orecchymosis, food after abdominal distention, stomach rejected by, or dark red tongue withpetechiae, ecchymoses.
