| Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaokang decoction with catgut implantation atacupoint for treatment of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type of immunologicalinfertility in clinical curative effect, and to explore its mechanism, providing science basisfor its clinical application. Methods:60patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasisimmunological infertility patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases,oral Xiaokang decoction with catgut implantation at acupoint), control group (30cases,oral Qiangdisong pill), The improvements of clinical symptoms，the improvements ofimmunological indexes(humoral immunity function:AsAb)and the pregnant outcome weredetermined.Results: the treatment group and the control group the clinical total effectiverate were90%,76.67%, two groups had significant difference (P <0.01). There wassignificance in relief of clinical symptoms, pregnant rate, recurrent rate and abortion rate(P <0.05or P <0.01). Conclusion: Xiaokang decoction with catgut implantation atacupoint could modulate the immunological disturbance in female infertility with positiveserum AsAb bidirectionly,improve the clinical symptoms and signs obviously and enbancepregnant rate mult-effectively. |
