| Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of jiangni-humo recipe in treating gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods:A randomized,doubled-blind and controlled trial was conducted.70patients with t gastro-esophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into two groups. In the trial group35patients (n=35) were treated with jiangni-humo recipe combined with lansoprazole and in the controlled group35patients (n=35) were treated with lansoprazole, two month being a course of treatment. The observed indexes included curative effect indexes(such as Clinical symptom and Healing of esophageal mucosa) and safety indexes(such as routine urine, blood test, the function of live and kidney, and harmful reaction).Results:jiangni-humo recipe combined with lansoprazole was able to ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the patients in the trial group obviously compared to the control group (P<0.05). Meantime, the patients’ Damaged esophageal mucosa was significantly improved compared with before treatment. And the relapse rate of patients in the trial group was significantly lower。 Conclusion:jiangni-humo recipe has surely curative effect in treating gastro-esophageal reflux disease.jiangni-humo recipe combined with lansoprazole was able to protect and promote the healing of gastroesophageal reflux disease with esophageal mucosa. Due to the data in this study sample is small, short cycle, The treatment group compared to control group was not statistically significant on the mucosal healing rate.It is worth being studyed deeply and developed further. |
