Clinical Observation On Liver-Purging And Regulating Stomach Treatment With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Liver-Stomach Heat Accumulation

Objective:Ovulate the efficiency and security of liver-stomach heat accumulation illness of gastroesophageal reflux disease cured by the method of liver-purging and regulating stomach.Methods:62cases with gastroesophageal reflux disease which were diagnoses as liver-stomach heat accumulation, were divided into two groups by random:treatment group (31patients) and the control (31patients). The treatment group were treated by the method of liver-Purging and regulating stomach and the other group taken Omeprazole. Both the two groups were treated by8weeks. Ovulating the efficiency and security based on the results of Reflux Disease Questionnaire (RDQ) and the syndromes standard of Traditional Chinese medicine.Results:There is no statistical significance in sexuality, age, disease duration, the endoscopic grading and the integral of the clinical symptoms between the two groups before therapy. But the total efficacy of the treatment group was presented higher after8weeks. And obvious advantages in the improvement of clinical symptoms and endoscopic symptoms, as well as the security, were showed by the treatment group.Conclusion:The method of liver-purging and regulating stomach can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the healing of the injury of esophageal mucosal better. At the same time, the security of the treatment group was also greater.
