Clinical Study On Treatment Of Liver And Stomach Disharmony Between The Liver And Stomach Type Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shuganhewei Decoction in treating liver stomach disharmony type of gastroesophageal reflux disease, To explore the method of treatment of liver and stomach disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome of gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with clinical value.Method:Select sixty cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease in accordance with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine into the standard, using Stochastic methods and control methods, and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Each group contains 30 cases.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules,but the control group were only treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules.This course of treatment is eight weeks.Observe and record the two groups before and after the treatment of main symptoms, secondary symptoms, changes in endoscopic examination.At the end of the whole course of treatment, we collected the data.Finally we do the evaluation of efficacy and results analysis.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, in the treatment group of thirty cases, zero cases were cured, eleven cases were markedly effective, seventeen cases were effective, two cases were ineffective, the treatment group total efficiency was 93.3%.In the control group of thirty cases, zero cases were cured, six cases were markedly effective, sixteen cases were effective, eight cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%.So the clinical treatment efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P< 0.05).The symptom scores in the two groups were compared with retrosternal pain, belching, distending fullness in the chest, emotional poor, nausea, etc. the curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.05).For heartburn, acid reflux, and symptoms of anorexia different clinical symptoms, the treatment group and control group were effective, and the treatment group and the control group have similar effects (P> 0.05). the treatment group and control group of gastroscopic manifestations were significantly improved, and the results of the two groups were similar (P> 0.05). In the whole course of treatment, the patients in the treatment group and the control group did not have adverse reactions.So the treatment is safe.Conclusion:Using of method of Smoothing the Liver and Regulating the Stomac in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has significant clinical effect. The Shuganhewei method can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.There was no adverse reactions. So Shuganhewei method is worthy of clinical promotion.
