Objective： To study the clinical application of the two step five treatment of nerve roottype of cervical disease, clinical symptoms and signs can significantly improve patients, andto verify the application of this law, and has obvious curative effect on cervical spondylosispatients, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.Methods： the subjects randomized, controlled method. According to the randomprinciple,30cases in treatment group,30cases in the control group. The use of diagnosticclassification standard of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis and”standards of TCMsyndrome diagnosis and treatment of this Law". According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria by, were selected as subjects. Through the strict screeningof cases, and further improve the cases into groups, clinical application of two step fivetreatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, chose to meet the conditions of the casesof60patients were enrolled, two groups of cases for1:1.30cases in treatment group, withtwo step five treatment; the control group of30cases treated by acupuncture, acupointtherapy. A month later, the two groups of patients recovery were observed, and the evaluationstandard of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were statistically analyzed to verify.Results： by statistical analysis, the treatment group (using two step five) total efficiencyis96.37%，control group (Application of acupuncture method) the total effective rate was76.57%，the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group, theefficacy of the two groups were significant (P<0.05). Clinical experiments show that: theclinical symptoms and signs can significantly improve patients, and to verify the applicationof this law, and has obvious curative effect on cervical spondylosis patients, is worthy ofextensive promotion and application.Conclusion：(1) treatment group (using two step five), control group (with acupuncture)in the symptoms and signs of therapeutic effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosissignificant.
