Chaihu Shugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Typeclinical Observation Of The Vulva Dystrophy

Objective: To observe the effect of oral administration of Chaihu Shugan decoction in thetreatment of liver qi stagnation type of vulvar dystrophy clinical curative effectMethod: select2011December to2012December in Changchun University of TraditionalChinese Medicine hospital gynecological clinic doctor, meet the criteria of60cases of vulvardystrophy patients with liver-qi stagnation, syndrome differentiation, this study used arandomized, control method of standardized clinical research,60patients were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with oral administration ofChaihu Shugan decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, daily l agent, decocted inwater for200ml, sooner or later the2division, L4days for the L course of treatment,observation of curative effect of continuous medication after3courses. And were followed upfor3months. Control group: triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment, method of use: vulvaskin rubbed3times a day,14days are1treatment course, after3courses to observe thecurative effect of continuous. And were followed up for3months.Results: the treatment group:3cases were cured, the cure rate was10%;13cases were cured,markedly effective rate of43.3%;11cases were effective, efficient36.7%;3cases failed, noefficiency of10%, the total effective rate was90%, control group:1cases were cured, thecure rate was3.3%;6cases were markedly effective,20%effective rate of16; cases,efficiency of53.3%;7cases were ineffective, no efficiency of23.3%, the total effective ratewas76.7%, compared with two groups of a total course of treatment, the difference wassignificant (P=0.017)Conclusion: in the treatment group, the control group in the treatment of liver qi stagnationtype of vulvar dystrophy have better curative effect, but the treatment group than the controlgroup...
