ObjectiveAPPlication of traditional Chinese herbal medicines for tonifying the kidney and activating blood for oral,sitz bathing and external aPPlication to treat Patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis tyPe vulvar dystroPhy.After treatment,observe the clinical efficacy and investigate G1/S-sPecific cyclin-D1(CyclinD1)and cyclin dePendence.The role of kinase 4(CDK4)and cyclin dePendent kinase inhibitory Protein(P16)in the Pathogenesis of vulvar dystroPhy,from the PersPective of cell cycle regulation and cell Proliferation,to exPlore the Pathogenesis of vulvar dystroPhy,and to study the treatment of kidney and blood circulation The mechanism of vulvar dystroPhy Provides a new idea for Prevention and treatment of vulvar dystroPhy.MethodThe skin lesions of 100 Patients with dystroPhy were studied.Western blot was used to determine the contents of CyclinD1,CDK4,and P16 in the tissue.At the same time,20 cases of vulvar skin samPles from Patients undergoing Perineal rePair in our hosPital were selected as the normal control grouP.The relationshiP between CyclinD1,CDK4 and P16 and vulvar dystroPhy was discussed.The above-mentioned 100 cases with dystroPhy were treated with Bushen Huoxue for 3 months.After the end of the treatment,the lesions were re-derived and the exPression of CyclinD1,CDK4,and P16 was measured.Observe the imProvement of symPtoms and signs,calculate TCM syndrome scores,observe clinical curative effects,and Perform statistical analysis.Result(1)Observation of the clinical efficacy of treatment: 15 cases were cured;47 cases were markedly effective;31 cases were effective;7 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 93%.(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment: 100 cases of vulvar dystrophy patients had significantly improved pruritus vulvae,degree of vulvar depigmentation,and extent of lesions before treatment compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The exPression of CyclinD1 before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment and normal grouP(P<0.05).(4)The exPression of CDK4 before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment and normal grouP(P<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the exPression of P16 in the lesion before treatment and in the normal grouP(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)The clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue TheraPy in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis tyPe vulvar dystroPhy is significant.(2)The exPression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in the lesion area of Patients with vulvar dystroPhy was significantly higher than that in the normal grouP.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the Pathogenesis of vulvar dystroPhy may be related to the cell Proliferation and cell cycle Progression of vulvar skin.There are relationshiPs.(3)Kidney-nourishing and blood-activating methods can reduce the expression of cyclin D1 and CDK4 in the vulva of patients with vulvar dystrophy,slow down cell proliferation and delay the progression of the disease.(4)The relationshiP between CyclinD1,CDK4 and vulvar dystroPhy is clear and can be used as an index to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the disease.(5)The relationshiP between P16 and the incidence of vulvar dystroPhy is not clear.
