Objective:Efficiency comparison of Intravesical instillation THP and HCPT aftertransurethral resection of bladder tumorin superficial bladder, and the relationshipbetween recurrence rate and clinical characteristics. Methods:Patients who were enrolled were divided into HCPT group and THP group.Surgery program: transurethral bladder tumor resection(TURBT). Infusion program:HCPT group and THP group respectively to HCPT and THP bladder perfusion a weekafter surgery, once a week, a total of eight, after then once a month, a total of ten, lastone year. All patients to do a urinary tract ultrasound and cystoscopy every3monthsin2years.Once find suspicious lesions immediatly took biopsy, Also observed thetwo groups of patients if had the occurrence of side effects of bladder irritation, bonemarrow suppression, urethral stricture et al after the infusion. And analysis therelationship of relapse rate of the patient’s gender, age, TNM stage of HCPT groupand THP group.Results:1. Impact of Patients general information on the rate of tumor recurrence:therewere no significant difference(P>0.05)in gender, age, tumor-prone situation, thedegree of malignancy. 2. Effect of surgery:the two groups of all cases were successfully operated, thesurgery does not appeared serious complications of bladder bleeding, perforation, therefore, none of the patients appeared such as bleeding, infection.3. Perfusion efficacy:starts bladder perfusion a week afte operation,follow-up2a,HCPT group of16cases of tumor recurrence, the recurrence rate was21.92%, THPgroup had6cases of recurrence, recurrence rate was8.82%, statistical significancebetween the two groups for the difference(X2=4.584,P<0.05).4. Incidence of adverse reactions: bladder irritation incidence of THP group was29.4%,compared to13.7%of the HCPT group was heavier, by X2test,the differencewas statistically significant (p<0.05), There were not urethral stricture and other sideeffects in the two groups.5.The relationship between the recurrence rate of HCPT and THP perfusiongroup with the patients clinical charcteristics:after statistically, the tumor recurrencerate of the two groups were subject to the impact of gender and clinical stage, therecurrence rate of male patients was significantly higher than women, the differencewas statistically significant (p<0.05).With the progress of the TNM staging, therecurrence rate tended to increase, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).There was no significant correlation bwteen the recurrence rate of the twogroups of patients and the patient’s age(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.TURBT jion with HCPT and THP bladder perfusion was a simple, effectivetreatment of superficial bladder cancer, both could significantly reduce the recurrencerate.2.Pirarubicin was more effective than hydroxycamptothecin, but side effects washeavier, the price is also more expensive,so we need to choose the right drug to the actualsituation of the patients3. The recurrence rate of SBC patients with patient gender, clinical stage was no significant age-related.
