A group (58 cases) for Pirarubicin early postoperative bladder irrigation group, B group (51 cases) for Pirarubicin routine postoperative bladder irrigation group, C group (52 cases) for early postoperative Hydroxycamptothecin bladder group. Results: The relapse rate two years Pirarubicin early postoperative bladder group was 10.3% after Pirarubicin bladder conventional group 25.4%, for the early postoperative bladder Hydroxycamptothecin reperfusion group 25.0%. Three groups had no significant damage to the liver and kidney function and systemic response. A group of emerging urodynia, frequent was 10.3% ,hematuria was 6.8%; B group urodynia, frequent was 9.8%, hematuria was 5.8%; C group, 11.5% for urodynia, frequent 5.7%for hematuria.
