| Objective: In this experiment, by observing the influence of Lan Yinfeng yu Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction on IL-4, IL-6and the expression of TGF-β UC rat model, explore Lan Yinfeng yu Huazhuo Jiedu Decoctionon the mechanism of UC treatment, in order to provide experimental basis for further clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: Will be60healthy clean level of wistar rats (male) is divided into6groups according to random number table method, each10in each group. Respectively, blank control group (N group), model control group (M), willow nitrogen (SASP group) sulfonyl pyridine controls,LanYin feng yu change chaotic detoxification group (HD), high dose group LanYin feng yu dose group (MD), in the muddy detoxification andLanYin feng yu turbidity detoxification (LD), low dose group. In addition to the blank control group, the remaining five groups of rats on2minus2-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (trini trobenzenesul-fonic acid,TNBS)/ethanol jointly building the legal system for UC animal models.4days after building, blank control group normal feeding, saline lavage in model control group, other groups to give corresponding drug lavage,daily1time,2weeks continuous administration. During the observation and record the rat shit, mental activities, coat, weight generally, calculateand record each rats disease activity index (Diseaseactivity index, DAI) score. After the end of the treatment, the rats were killed, beheaded in blood,to detect the rat serum IL-4, IL-6and the expression of TGF-beta; Take colon tissue anatomy, to observe the changes of colonic mucosa with naked eye and microscopic pathological changes, and the resultswere statistically analyzed.
