Oral Bu Yang Huan Five Soup Combinead Core Decompression And Bone Graft For The Treatment Of ANFH Were Observed

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oral Bu Yang Huan Five Soup joint core decompression and bone graft for the treatment of ANFH. Provide an treatment options for the treatmentof ANFH.Methods：October2011to December2013, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine in Orthopedics Division Two hospitalized patients with avascular necrosis of38patients (50hips), belong to the ARCO II and III A-B period. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group decompression surgery is a simple line of bone pith, while the treatment group received oral Bu Yang Huan Five Soup joint pith decompression and bone graft surgery. The treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed,compared to all patients in the preoperative and post operative clinical and imaging of sixth month changes,two methods for the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of avascular necrosisof the femoral head.The results:Harris score in the control group rose to56.44from preoperative average of six months after the first11.78points, group therapy group rose to57.41points from preoperative first six months after an average82.35points. Image Analysis group:excellent rate of44.00%, the effective rate was84.00%; treatment groups:good rate of64.00%, the effective rate of92.00%. The overall results of image analysis was54.00%excellent,effective rate was88.00%.Conclusion:Bu Yang Huan Five Soup combined core decompression and bone graft have shorter operative time,less damage,less pain, etc.It Solve the contradiction between"repair" and "collapse"of the early pathological process.It is a safe and effective early treatment for the treatment of ANFH.
