Objective: According to the analysis of the health conditions of workers whoexposed to different occupational hazards, to understand the main healthy problems,to investigate whether there is joint action among different occupational hazards andother factors,and to provide scientific accordings for certain department to develophealth edueation and management effectively and promote workers’ physical quality.Method;Collecting the complete occupational health examination informationof workers who exposed to different occupational hazards in LvYuan ofChangChun.Establish a database by EpiData3.1,then entry the data. SAS9.2statisticalsoftware was adopt to deal with the data. Measurement data was described by meanand standard deviation,means were compared by ANOVA; Qualitative data wasdescribed by rates and proportions and analyzed by the methods of Chi-square test,Fisher’s exact probability, for hypothesis test,=0.05as the test level.Results:1.The main occupational hazards from this investigation are benzene, sulfurdioxide, dust, polyvinyl chloride, gasoline, noise, and other classes.2.The mian chronic diseases are Hypertension,the prevalence is23.49%;Cardiovascular Disease, the prevalence is10.42%;Fatty liver, the prevalenceis4.19%.3.There is statistically significant for Hypertension among different sex,age,seniority, habits and occupational hazards.The male’s rate is higher than female’s,andwith age, seniority increases, the prevalence is elevated.The workers who are somkingand drinking have the higher rate.4.There is statistically significant for Cardiovascular Disease among differentage, seniority.5.There is statistically significant for Fatty liver among different age andoccupational hazards, the prevalence is the highest in30~39.6.The rate of abnormal pulmonary function is35.59%, the workers who exposedto welding dust and metal dust have the block of lung function abnormalities, workers with restrictive lung function abnormalities mainly exposed foundry dust. There isstatistically significant for abnormal pulmonary function among different sex,seniority, there are more men than women.The workers who worked more than20years have the highest rate of lung function abnormalities.Conclusion:1.The main chronic diseases are Hypertension, Cardiovascular Disease, Fattyliver.2.Workers who exposed to dust have higher proportion of abnormal lungfunction. the main type is block.
