| Objective:Debate the safety and curative effect on Huaima capsule of hemorrhoidal postoperative constipation.Method:Select60cases of anorectal hemorrhoids postoperative constipation patients in our hospital in,according to the balance and randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,Each of the30cases,the treatment group was given\huaima capsule,3capsules each time,2times a day,the control group was given Maren capsule,3capsules each time,2times a day.In order to comparing the safety and the clinical effect between two groups.To comparing the patients of clinical effect and safety of two groups with their liver and kidney function;the degree of clinical symptoms;the times of stool daily;difficulty of defecate;the time and quantity of hemorrhage,and in strict accordance with the standard score in hemorrhoid postoperative constipation.Result:1weeks later the result of treatment:safety:Determination of constipation in patients with liver and kidney function before and after hemorrhoid surgery in the treatment group.The statistics obtained p>0.05after the treatment.And the difference has no statistical significance.The safty of Huaima capsule has no damage to liver and kidney function.Clinical efficacy of two groups:there were30cases each other.The efficiency of the treatment group was70%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was93.37%.The significant efficiency of control group was43.3%,The otal efficiency of control group was63.3%.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05)efficiency between the cure rate and total efficiency in two groups.The result show that in the treatment of hemorrhoidal postoperative constipation,the Curative effect of Huaima capsule is obviously higher than that of Maren capsule,and in the Comparison of the scores of two groups of postoperative hemorrhage.P values were less than0.05,the difference was significant.The control group was treated with less postoperative bleeding.Conclusion:Huaima capsule has the effect of gas line laxative;cooling blood to stop bleeding;enrich blood and moistening the intestines.There was curative effect in the treatment of constipation of hemorrhoids postoperative.In the total efficiency and the postoperative bleeding the huaima capsule was better effect than the control group... |
