Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Yanggan Yishui Granule In Treating Early Renal Damage Of Hypertension And The Effect On Inflammatory Factors

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yanggan Yishui Granule treating early renal damage of essential hypertension patients and the effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:Select 50 cases with early renal damage of hypertension patients who accord with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, using randomized and controlled method and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. And randomly divide them into treatment group and control group, each group has 25 patients. Them were given lifestyle intervention and western medicine of depressurization. Meanwhile, treatment group takes Yanggan Yishui granules. The time of therapy was 6 weeks, to observe the changes which included indexes of kidney damage(UACR,al-MG,p2-MG,m Al B, TRF and Ig GU) and inflammatory factors that IL-6, hs-CRP, ICAM-1 and Cys-C.Results:1.No statistical difference was found between two groups before treatment baseline data that UACR,al-MG,p2-MG,m Alb,TRF,Ig GU,IL-6,hs-CRP,ICAM-1 and Cys-C,etc(p>0.05).2.After treatment of TCM syndrome integral aspects of the treatment group than the control group decreased obviously(P<0.01).3.In the two groups after treatment the urine micro protein series and UACR were dropped(p<0.05 OR p<0.01).But, the decline of Ig GU,TRF and of the control group is not statistically significant; In addition,the urine micro protein series decreased of the treatment group more significantly than the control group(p < 0.05 or p< 0.05).4.In the two groups after treatment hs-CRP and IL-6 were dropped(p<0.05),but the treatment group is better than the control group(p<0.05). In the two groups after treatment of ICAM-1 and CYSC have declined,but the only treatment group of Cys-C decreased statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusions:Yanggan Yishui granules can improve the TCM syndrome differentiation of liver and kidney Yin deficiency or clamp and blood stasis patients with early renal damage of clinical symptoms and high safety. At the same time it can effectively reduce the urine micro protein and inflammatory factors that hs-CRP, IL–6 and Cys-C.Preliminary confirmed it has protect renal function may by lowering the expression of correlative inflammatory factors to reduce inflammation of kidney cells and delay the process of renal damage.
