Helicobacter pylorus is a primary etiological agent leading to chronic gastritisand peptic ulcers. The organism is associated with gastric cancer in experimentalanimal models and in epidemiological studies. Therapeutic action of medicine on the athymic mouse infected with Helicobacterpylori with vacA and CagA1.1Influence of medicine on the body weight of the athymic mouse infected withHelicobacter pylori with vacA and CagAComplex prescription group and Yiqi group can both lessen significantly thedegression of the body weight of the athymic mouse infected with Helicobacterpylori with vacA and CagA. The Yiqi andQingre prescription can also a little lower the expression of bcl-2 proteinum.2.7The intervention effect of medicine on the expression of ki67 proteinum of thenormal gastric mucosa cells affected with Helicobacter pylori with vacA and CagAWhen GES-1 cells were cocultured with Helicobacter pylori with vacA andCagA, the expression of ki67 proteinum increased significantly. The Yiqiqingreprescription can lower the expression of ki67 proteinum of the normal gastricmucosa cells induced by Helicobacter pylori with vacA and CagA. The Yiqi andQingre prescription can also a little lower the expression of ki67 proteinum and theYiqi prescription is power than the Qingre prescription.2.8The intervention effect of medicine on the expression of PCNA proteinum of thenormal gastric mucosa cells affected with Helicobacter pylori with vacA and CagAWhen GES-1 cells were cocultured with Helicobacter pylori with vacA andCagA, the expression of PCNA proteinum increased significantly. The Yiqiqingreprescription can lower the expression of PCNA proteinum of the normal gastricmucosa cells induced by Helicobacter pylori with vacA and CagA. The Yiqi andQingre prescription can also a little lower the expression of PCNA proteinum andthe Yiqi prescription is power than the Qingre prescription.
