| Objective:to observe the add and subtract the pu drink correlation with helicobacter pylori gastritis spleen and stomach syndrome symptoms improvement,helicobacter pylori eradication rate and the influence of the level of serum antibody of CagA and VacA,and a initial study of its cure mechanics,so as to improve clinical correlation of Chinese medicine treatment of helicobacter pylori gastritis and possible theoretical basis.Methods:the 30 cases of chronic gastritis were collected with helicobacter pylori infection of the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome patients,to drink even rush for 2 weeks,respectively,before treatment and treatment discontinuation gastroscopy after a month of helicobacter pylori infection in 13 c breath test/check,and check the level of serum antibody of CagA and VacA respectively after January medication discontinuation after 2 weeks and observe the main symptom scores(the new full,the diagnosis of pain),secondary symptom scores(o,belching,acid regurgitation,tongue and pulse,etc.).Results:There were 29 cases of helicobacter pylori associated gastritis diagnosed and included in spleen-stomach damp-heat type,one of which did not have the serum.The Hp eradication rate was compared with the positive rate of serum antibody,no significant difference(p>0.05).The serum antibody double positive,single positive,wuyangxingzu and symptom score were compared,no significant difference(p>0.05).In the therapeutic effect of TCM,the overall response rate was 96.55%after half a month,and the overall response rate was 86.21%1 month after withdrawal,there was no difference.The rate of deracinate Hp was only 17.24%after treatment.After treatment,the kangtizhuanyinlv rate was 22.2%,the VacA rate was 36.4%,and the niaosumeizhuanyinlv rate was 27.3%(p>0.05),but the antibody titers decreased.the serum CagA and VacA antibody titers before and after treatment were significantly different(p<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of Hp resistance and symptoms was not related to HP virulence factor CagA and VacA;In the treatment of heat-wet in spleen and stomach gastritis,the Radical rate of HP was low,the serum persons was not obvious,but the symptoms,and the long-term efficacy,serum antibody titer decreased significantly,suggesting that its mechanism may be related to reducing HP virulence. |
