Based on the Emile Jaques-Dalcroze’s music education system, this paper uses many methods such as literatures, comparative analysis, observation, interviews with demonstration and summary. Based on the basic contents and principles of the Dalcroze music teaching method and the study of content of Dalcroze education system, this thesis combines the actual situation of soffeggio teaching in Chinese primary and secondary school and specific lessons and explains how to make ues of them to improve the student’s ability of musical experience and expression, which can help students get a good sense of music. In addition, it provides thoughts and suggestions on how to use Dalcroze music teaching.Through the priminary study of this field, I hope this paper can help more and more people understand and master the advanced teaching methods of forgein countries and absorb excellent teaching methods and contents by combining the characteristics of China’s music education, which can enrich our theoretical system of Solfeggio teaching. Therefore, students can understand and enjoy music in the learning process, enhance their musical accomplishment and musical intelligence, and build a good musical thinking.
