With the continuous development of Internet technology, human society has formed a fragmental postmodernism culture propagation environment.Time is divided into a fragmented section, and people become accustomed to get information and entertainment release through mobile phones, Internet, SNS social networking and instant messaging tool. At the same time, the advent of the era of visual culture,make people’s entertainment life、literature and art’s forms become more images.October,2010,the blockbuster miro-movie《the old boys》and the landmark miro-movie 《Explosive》by Cadillac,new media is its main platform, with micro length(generally no more than40minutes),micro investment(compared the traditional film and television),micro cycle(no longer than a month),micro cycle(production time no longer than a month),the new movie art form is very popular.《old boys》、《four nights tan》、《Explosive》、《hip hop trilogy》and so on a large number of excellent works is very popular,the acception and love of miro film has significantly ascented.Although the theoretical study of the micro-film is not yet mature, the theoretical system has not yet completed structures, the industry has a different view on micro-film, but it is certain that the micro-film is growing at a solid pace and undisputed blowout development into our life. Compared to the effect of miro-film marketing、practice of reseach, studies of miro-film narrative art、artistic value and aesthetic characteristics of research arejust havea tiny sip.In the new media digital wave, micro-film as a new phenomenon, but also has a huge artistic value development potential and commercial value. Although the rise of micro-film to the needs of the advertising and marketing in the past two years, more than twenty successful micro-film case observed,"content is king" is the only way to successfully spread of micro-film. The substance of micro-film is that whether director tells a good story, whether director successfully using such as picture, camera, sound, color and other narrative elements. All in all, good or bad is determined by its narrative successful decision. Germany’s famous film director Shilong madoff once said:"on the Internet media, the short length of film is a technical revolution. It requires from its content, writing to a series of completed, must be highly simplistic, includes the entire narrative style." How to spread from the mother’s in the movie to find suitable for the platform of the network of new media, down to fit the development of digital narrative language and narrative audio-visual elements, so as to achieve considerable communication effect is particularly important. Narrative art; the propagation characteristics of the micro film analysis research on the development of the new media culture industry has very important theoretical research value and practical guiding significant. Its participation beyond traditional movie appreciation, the same time, the authority of the traditional film, has its own unique propagation characteristics and narrative features. In reality creation, due to the low threshold for the creation of micro-film and a lack of understanding of some of the creators of micro-film narrative art. leading to micro-film production standards in different ways, showing output in the network, boutique, dissemination of results is not ideal problem.In this paper, integrated use of communication studies, film and TV art, film narratology, semiology, film and TV aesthetics and other related theories and methods of micro movie narrative continues the exploration research.The first chapter of this article is the introduction, which shows the significance of the topic of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of the micro-film. The first part defines the concept of micro-film briefly. Followed by a time axis, important micro-cinematographic works and event node, we recalled the history of the development of micro-film; and then briefly analyze the current development of the micro-film:serious polarization, original and professionally produced parallel,"content is king". The innovation of this paper is. From the communication perspective, from two aspects of narrative art and film and television language depth interpretation of the film, pointing out that the problems existing in the micro-film narrative and proposing to solve views, hoping for providing reference for long-term healthy development of the micro-film.
