With the development of Chinas cultural industry, especially the "12th Five-YearPlan" proposed and implemented, the cultural industry as a new pillar industry ofChinas strategic, is an important force to promote Chinas cultural construction, butalso to promote the critical core of Chinas economic restructuring. In the rapiddevelopment of cultural industries today, the contradictions of the cultural industrymanagement also gradually revealed, on the one hand is needed for development,on the one hand, the policy required the collision of social and economic, culturalindustries must be resolved. In this paper, in-depth research in mining the cultureindustry management mode to establish a set of evaluation index system, as thebasis for the performance evaluation of the management model of the culturalindustries of Chinas Yangtze River Delta region. The study of "Yangtze River Delta"culture industry management mode Shanghai do support a strong economic strength,financial instruments to support the development of cultural industries and enhancethe competitiveness of the cultural industries,professional services and infrastructureconstruction, Zhejiang Province, is driven by industry research development ofcultural industries, the establishment of the cultural industry market system, drivearound the industrial transformation and upgrading, Jiangsu Province advocated abrand of intensive development, the use of regional cultural advantage to enhancethe cultural radiation intensity. Through field research and surveys collected data, theuse of AHP and DEA analysis method performance evaluation found that themanagement model of the cultural industries of Chinas Yangtze River Delta region, Shanghai is leading in a number of management performance in Zhejiang Provinceand Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, also known for its less economic strengthand unique approach to development in Shanghai, Jiangsu Province is relying on itslayout policy achievements and demonstrate its impressive competitiveness. Bycontrast, the paper argues that the outcome depends on its management practicesand policies, development of cultural industries in Shanghai and its activedevelopment and economic support of industry associations also play an integralrole.Finally policy recommendations for the development of Chinas cultural industry,to sort out the relationship between the social effects and economic benefits of thecultural industry, promote the theme of the cultural industry, and to maintain theunity of the diversity of cultural industries, growth of the main players in themarket,and the reform of state-owned cultural enterprises, supporting small-scaledevelopment of innovative cultural enterprises, and strengthen the integration ofscience and technology and cultural products,to strengthen cultural products brandbuilding,culture industry gathering area.Cultural industry performance improvementpath from the government,the market and business perspective are discussedbetween the government and the market,and effectively improve the dominantposition in the market,reduce government intervention;between the market andenterprises to focus on optimizingcorporate structure,build a sound market andimprove economies of scale.
