Kazak Non-material Cultural Heritage Research And Protection

Non-material cultural heritage protection has been widespread concerned in countries around the world. In recent years, it has formed a protection upsurge of non-material cultural heritage. The protection of non-material cultural heritage linked with economic development closely, which is a two-way interactive. As a country, China has 56 ethnic groups. People of all ethnic groups has created an extremely rich intangible cultural heritage with their own wisdom and imagination, such as Xinjiang Kazak Akendanchang Concert and various arts and crafts and so on, which can be called as the world cultural essence.However, has not yet been excavated and been used. Therefore, we have the responsibility and obligation to strive to protect these precious cultural wealth, strengthen the idea of protection, Only in this way, can we promote the idea of universal human equality, eliminate racial discrimination and ethnic prejudice,show respect for cultural diversity. Only under the premise of mutual understanding of every nation, can we live together peacefully and harmoniously and respect each other's culture and customs of life and achieve a harmonious society and harmonious culture.This paper is divided into five parts to introduce the non-material cultural heritage of Kazakh. In the first chapter, it introduces some of the relevant concepts and research background. The second chapter has carried on the detailed classification and introduced non-material cultural heritage of Kazak. The third chapter has elaborated the causes and evolution of the Kazakh non-material cultural heritage. The fourth chapter has compared the similarities and differences of Kazak and Mongolian cultural. The fifth chapter elaborates the principle and countermeasure and other questions of the Kazakh non-material cultural heritage protection from the the angle of government management.We let more people understand Kazakh culture and life customs of Kazakh nation, through systematic reorganization and research on Kazakh non-material cultural heritage, open the the mystical veil of local culture, and causes it to carry forward. For the prosperous and rich social culture, I have made a little contribution, which has built a certain foundation for more systematic and thorough studies on the Khazak culture in the future.
