Cultural teaching in the TCFL has been attracted more and more scholars and experts to plunge into the investigation of cultural teaching methods after recent developments. Because of a lack of research in-depth, the conclusions are quite various and different. As for the cultural teaching, music is not only a very important supplementary means, but also a path that can be taking pleasure from teaching and effectively increase learning motivation. By means of introducing the Butterfly Song of FuChuan Yao Autonomous County in the GuangXi Zhuang Autonomous Region into TCFL, then try to develop some different teaching methods based on the principles of cultural teaching, and put the Chinese culture into it imperceptibly, exerts the influence to the greatest extent in cultural teaching with songs. There are many rich and vivid ethnologic feature and artistic characteristics in Butterfly Song of FuChuan Yao Autonomous County in the GuangXi Zhuang Autonomous Region, it reflects the living situation of Yao people directly and includes various cultural elements, so it is a kind of great and suitable material for TCFL. But because of lack of protection, the inheritance of Butterfly Song is confronting a dilemma. The purpose of applying Butterfly Song in the cultural teaching of TCFL is to let Chinese learners acquaint and understand the rich and sophisticated cultural heritage, and hopefully this article can evoke people’s protection to the non-material cultural heritages such as Butterfly Song.The purpose of this article is to find out some different types of cultural teaching modes based on the principles of cultural teaching and steps and to take Butterfly Song for an example, use these teaching modes as a frame, then combining the culture intentions and customs which involve in the Butterfly Song into the TCFL, then discuss how to arouse students’initiative and make the cultural teaching into action. Hope this method can arouse students’interest of Chinese culture and learn some cultural elements from Butterfly Song, then comprehensively develop their listening、speaking、reading and writing skills and communicative competence. The purpose is to arouse the sense of belonging for the Butterfly Song between scholars and launch cultural teaching through using the folk song. It can boost students’understanding of Chinese culture and increase the entertaining、informative and vivacious atmosphere in the class while propagating culture. Then develop some new teaching methods for the TCFL cultural teaching.
