The paper by using the Heilongjiang Regional Generations living Nation life folk customs into Chinese culture teaching, makes the life folk customs as the clothing, food and housing of the Heilongjiang Regional Generations living Nation as the teaching content, designing of teaching Chinese as a foreign language teaching. At the same time, designing the Extracurricular Research activities to support the teaching content. Development of Heilongjiang regional culture teaching in the classroom teaching and extracurricular activity mode.The article is divided into four parts as introduction, Heilongjiang folk culture resources, Heilongjiang folk life and cultural experience teaching scheme, the conclusion. Firstly, in the introduction part, it comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the application of regional culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and related research. This classification from the language practice, teaching of cultural factors, the Heilongjiang area folk custom in three aspects, and analyzing the purpose, method and value research. The main part of the article is "Heilongjiang folk cultural resources" and "Heilongjiang folk life and cultural experience teaching". In the first chapter, it analysis of the resources in Heilongjiang region from home life folk custom, folk costume, diet custom, And the teaching of teaching Chinese as a foreign language designing as the starting point, on the three aspects of life folk were analyzed, in order to achieve in the teaching process more relaxed, funny, vivid, lively. The second chapter is called "Heilongjiang folk life and cultural experience teaching plan, this chapter is divided into two parts," life teaching of folk culture" and "experience". To design the "mysterious and beautiful multi-ethnic- Heilongjiang" teaching plan at first, designing the content of classroom teaching into a total of 6 hours 270 minutes, interactive teaching mode of classroom teaching, group discussion, based on classroom practice, interactive quiz way of entertaining, lively finish class teaching part. And then, it shows people three times of culture experiences which are matched classroom teaching content design, including "tour of Confucious’ Temple-- Heilongjiang Museum of Nationalities Research Activities", "the body into the traditional dwellings in Longjiang-- the former residence of Xiao Hong research activities", "Gen Gi Khan Garden Restaurant Tour-- Mongolia ethnic food culture experience". The three events on clothing, food and housing are close to the three teaching- point of views. Designing and analysising are used to complete the lack of the classroom teaching, in order to folk more win support among the people. Finally, the conclusion part summarizes the significance of this study, the advantages and disadvantages, and also summaries and reviews of the content of the article.Hopefully, through this study, to provide some ideas for the application of Heilongjiang local folk culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for researchers to reference.
