With the quick development of the Internet, the information and communication industry is facing a profound transformation. The technical experts named NovaSpivack, thought that, the period in the development of the Internet is about ten years. Since the creation of Advertising on the Internet in1994, the online advertising has been about to usher in his third decade. Due to the rapid development of the Internet speed, we had to find ways to keep up with the pace.Banner is initially taken as the form of online advertising and also the main form of online advertising. To some degree, online advertising banner design is based on the network environment of Visual Communication Art and Design. With the traditional visual communication design from the content and form of aspects, it has distinct characteristics.As long as the viewers click on it, you can get more detailed information. According to the survey, click-through rate of banner in recent years is very low, the factors of which can be classified as three types of factors:network Banner advertising, Banner advertising, your audience factors.This article,based upon the banner factors like background, pictures, text, button and put-on environment and other aspects, is going to analyze how Web Banner Ads of the design, and enhance its appeal with the appropriate way so as to convey accurately information to the user and increase its advertising effect.
