MaoShi ZhengJian got the best achievement in the study of "book of songs"in theHan Dynasty. It is the most important reason that "ZhengJian" accept, integrate andinnovate the three schools of "Book of Songs". This thesis has five parts to relate andanalyze the questions. The fist part is introduction. The second part is Chapter one:Method of compilation and general picture of text of the three schools of "Book ofSongs". The third part of is Chapter two: Zhengjian and the gloss of the three schoolsof "Book of Songs". The fourth part is Chapter three:"Zhengjian" and the gist of thethree schools of "Book of Songs". The fifth part is Chapter four:"Zhengjian" and themethod of interpretation of the three schools of "Book of Songs". We can comparethat Maozhuan and the three schools of "Book of Songs" and "Zhengjian" fromdiverse aspects. The conclusion of comparison that: In the aspect of the gloss, thegloss integrated into analyze the sentence, advance by degrees, choose and followwhat is good. In aspect of the gist: first and foremost,the outline of the school of"Book of Songs" Mao is Zhengjian’s. Besides,"Zhengjian" integrate and innovate thegist of the three schools of "Book of Songs". Last but not the least, Zhengjianinnovate the gist of the three schools of "Book of Songs". In aspect of the method ofinterpretation of "Book of Songs": Comprehensive use of method of interpretation of"Book of Songs", approach the original intention of "Book of Songs".
