In recent years, after the fast development of We-media, there exists many negative impacts, bringing some new social issues, which decides that researches on We-media can never resist its ethic nature and can never avoid the ethics view of We-media activities. This article is based on Internet ethic and related survey results from scholars at home and abroad, dishing the conception of We-media ethic. We-media ethic is the spread and continuer of Internet ethic, which has an important and real meaning about solving its negative problems.We-media’s anomie mainly appears in cheating propagation, groups of people’s rationality becomes dummy, infringement problems and so on.Looking into its reasons, first, the convenience of Internet technology, then, the virtual of individual identity, the third, the center alienation of propagation process, and next, multiple personalities parallel and the last is the social factors. It requires us should view the ethic value’s orientation and guidance in the process of We-media’s development.Any propagation should include the information resources, the person who propagates, the propagation stage and the aspects that will be spread. Thus, We-media should discuss the behavior from three respects:information specification, propagation specification and major specification. The first one is the basement of the second one, moreover, propagation specification decides the content of information specification. And next, major specification can complete the two other and plays the coordination role. To realize the trend of We-media’s ethic value must combine the theory and practice. Only before solving these problems can we truly swim in the We-media’s ocean and ensure its health and harmonious development.
