Since the China’sreform and opening up, the national economy and social development have madeconsiderable progress, a new stage to enter the new world, along with the continuousdevelopment of material, a new set of social contradictions and problems continue to appear,such as the problem of environmental pollution, excessive consumption of resources,thegap between the rich and the poor, lack of development potential.
