Qing Pu School put act as an important role in the history of Chinese culture. It’salso one of the most important academic thoughts in Qing Dynasty, which attachedgreat importance to scholars. Huizhou Park School, one of the most important parts ofthe Qing Dynasty Park School, plays an extremely important role in the promotion ofacademic development in the Qing Dynasty. Qian Mu once compared JiangsuAcademic with Anhui, and said that Huixue emblem the teaching of investigation ofthe things from Zhu Xi, skilled proficient in three rituals, study about astronomy andphonology and other matters for empiricism, while Wuxue is to identify theauthenticity of the <Yi> and <Documents> and talk about the mind of Zhu and Lu. Inaddition, there is one saying from Qian Mu that Wuxue is better than Yi, and Huixueis more excellent than three rituals, which well demonstrate the characteristics of thestudy of Huixue and Lixue in Qing Dynasty. This illustrates the Huizhou in Qing PuSchool. As one of the representative of the ceremony studies in this period, Jin Bang’s<Li Jian> is especially good at “The Three Rituals” study. Throughout academiaresearch status, we can find out there exist a lack of a mature and systematicunderstanding of Jin Bang and <Li Jian>. Thus this article intends to research on JinBang and its master work named <Li Jian>.The methods used in this paper are mainly: the historical literature, which is tointerpret, combing the documents related with Jin Bang by using the specializedknowledge, objecting to collect the documents needed for this paper; comprehensiveanalyze method, which is to search the truth from the fact, and get a comprehensiveanalysis of the record documents; introductive method, which is to analyze the reasonof Jin Bang’s academic achievements.This thesis is divided into three main sections, all of which are mainly analysisand research on the Jin bang and <Li Jian>. The first part is talking about Jin Bang’sacademic, which is divided into two aspects: one is about Jin Bang’s life record, sothat we can have a better understanding of his articles; the other is the main academicachievements, which is not only included the most representative article <Li Jian>,but also included the study of "Yi"-<Zhou Yi Kao Zhan>, the study of local history- <Hai Qu Shi Yi>, in addition to the achievements of his poetry, calligraphy. Thesecond part is the core of this article, which is also made up of two aspects: one is anoverview of the basic situation of the <Li Jian>, which include the origin of itswriting, version origins, and then recorded the case; the other part of the core part-the academic impact of <Li Jian>, which include the ritual ideas <Li Jian> contains,Qing Dynasty of Ritual studies comparing the scholars and the influence of <Li Jian>since the Qing Dynasty, this part is to illustrate importance of <Li Jian>. The thirdpart is the analysis of Jin Bang scholarship reasons. And it explores from three aspects:family education, geographical factors, and academic origins, which include theQianjia Times ceremony background studies and his teachers.
