Qin’an County, located in the southeastern part of Gansu Province, belongs to Tianshui.Qinan has a long history, the territory of discovery of Dadiwan ruins, will be "up and downfive thousand years of Chinese civilization" for3000to move forward. And as for the current research, in addition toQin’an chronicles Compilation Committee in the preparation of the "Qin’an county" in the"dialect" part, the other is mostly in the background of the Tianshui Dialect on the Qin’andialect, the scattered, lack of complete understanding of the system.In this paper, on the basis of field investigation, according to the linguistic theory as theinstruction, adopts synchronic and historical comparison method to make records andcomprehensive analysis on the phonetic system of Qin’an dialect, summed up thecharacteristics of Qin’an dialect speech and the Qin’an dialect, the evolution rules, anddiscussed the evolution level.Text a total of six chapters. The first chapter, introduction. Introduces Qin’an geography,history, profile of the population, and Qin’an dialects profile, including Dialect internaldifferences, the main voice characteristics and research status. It also briefly introduces theresearch method of this paper and the purpose and significance of the topic. The secondchapter, Qin’an dialect phonological analysis. The third chapter, the homophony syllabary ofQin’an dialect. The fourth chapter, the Qin’an dialect synchronic phonetic change. This partof the language by a large number of facts, analyzed and summarized Qin’an dialectmodulation law, and Sound Change softly, er tail, zi tail, showing the performance of dialectsin the actual application process. The fifth chapter, comparing the Qin’an dialect of ancientand modern voice.
