Because of its inherent commodity value which is now generally perceived by the pubklic, filmproduction have become an important part of culture industry, and its revolution has attracted moreand more attention. Therefore, from the film production itself, the issue of how to transform it fromspiritual food to business opportunity by controlling distribution is becoming an economicphenomenon that deserves attention and consideration. Especially after the involvement of moderndigital technology, the relatively mature distribution mode failed to catch up, which has overturnedfundamental knowledge of film practitioner towards traditional film distribution. The distribution ofdigital film production aims more than the higher rating from the television station and more boxoffice returns from the cinemas. Digital film productions has not only brought film industry bigchange and unprecedented superiority, but also has turned it a hinge that creates undeniable andtremendous economic value in culture industry. Back to the basics, exploring new distribution modesand achieving maximization economic benefits are the essentials to take film industry intoindustrialization and make the public realize not just its artistic value but the additional economicvalue. This papaer attempts to bring the domestic digital film distribution market hope and vitalitythrough the theoretical research of Sociological Theory, Modern Communication Theory, andConsumer Behavior Study, as well as the study of international and domestic cases. Besides, theactuality and potential problems existing in current film production distribution will also be discussedin this paper, followed by the discussion of relative solutions.This paper consists of four parts. It will start with an overview explanation of domestic digital filmdistribution through the study of digital film products. The actuality of domestic film distribution willthen be analysed, which will assist not only the understanding of the market status of digitaltelevisionplays and film production but also the concept of the promotion and distribution integration.The third part of this paper will focus on the new distribution mode summed up from the actuality offilm production market, and further emphasizes the importance of copyright in determing the future offilm distribution and cross-sectoral integration. The innovation of this paper lies in the full analysis ofdomestic film distribution by studying the utilization and integration of the Sociology theory andCustomer Behaviour study. This paper will summarize suitable distribution pattern towards domesticfilm market through systematical application of relative knowledge.
