In the past decade,the motion picture industry has achieved rapid development.Especially in 2015,Chinese box office grosses have grossed over 40 billion yuan.Therefore China has become the world's second largest market.In 2016,China has more movie screens than the USA,and has become the most one in the world.Chinese film industry is getting bigger and bigger,however very few movies produced well,as well as can made money.It's difficult for a film to combine artistic and commercial.So film distributor has invented a new model of distribute to get good film,which named as guaranteed distribution.In detail,distributor can take advantages of abundant of money to get distribution of good movie.Furthermore,the film industry is profitable during depress at now.So that companies which were not belong to film industry are trying to get distribution of film through guaranteed distribution,in order to made money.Based on the common sense of the industry inside and outside,and policies' support,guaranteed distribution what combine film distribution and film finance has developed better and better.In 2016,The Mermaid has achieved great success.Because it used guaranteed distribution.All of a sudden,most people know about it through news.A month later,Ip Man 3 has a lot of problems because of it's guaranteed distributor,so pubic has questioned about it.Therefore,I choose guaranteed distribute as my research object,and I hope I can realize what lever has china's film industry developed through guaranteed distribution.In my essay,I think,guaranteed distribution may brings three big problems to film industry,such as the producer and the distributor has a war in order to get much more benefit,or they are faked of film box office grosses,and the guaranteed distributor may take movie as a tool of capital operation.The directed causes of these problems is guaranteed distribution is not recognized to law,and it is disobey of economic regulars.Actually,because of Chinese film industry has problem,so that it was born to guaranteed distribution which has lot of problems.In addition to find out the problem of Chinese film industry,I analysis of it as perspective of producer and distributor.At the last,because of guaranteed distribution is combined film distribution with film finance,so I compared it to the USA's film distribution and film finance.In order to find outwhich way should China's film industry will develop.I think,firstly film ledger need to be more fair;secondly,copyright need to take seriously and they are more distribute ways need to exploited;thirdly,something can support film finance need to be build;fourthly,laws need to make some laws to supervises film industry.
