Noema,one of the original concept of Husserlian philosophy, is very important inHusserl’s thought and the movement of phenomenology. Noema has a close connectionwith the methodology of phenomenology and theory of intentionality in transcendentalphenomenology.Noema is a controversial concept whose definition is not reached by academic world.There are three main interpretations of noema. Each of them treat noema as object,appearance and sense. The thesis focus on noema to clarify the meaning of this concept andcomment on the interpretations of noema.
