This article based on the self consistency and congruence and the subjective well-being concept, the situation remarks of the measuring technique and the domestic college student subjective well-being research。I take 459 college students as samples, with the help of Subjective Well-being Scale after an effect examination and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale .I analysis the main features of them and their relationship.The results of this study are the followings:(1)Generally speaking ,in the present stage, the self consistency and congruence situation of college students basically assumes the normal distribution . Majority of college students show good self consistency and congruence. The college students who are extremely self consistency and congruence or not extremely self consistency and congruence only occupy minority .Compared with former students, the disharmony between self and experience of students reduces.(2)Self consistency and congruence condition of different grade,sex and region college students'difference are not remarkable . Self- flexibility of different grade college students is remarkable.(3)Generally speaking, the subjective well-being of college students assumes on the medium level above in the present stage, but shows the individual difference .Different sex college students in subjective well-being condition are in remarkable difference. Different grade and region college students in subjective well-being condition are not in remarkable difference. Different grade college students in health worry factor are in remarkable difference.(4)Self consistency and congruence and subjective well-being of college students are in remarkable correlation. The self consistency and congruence is the main factor to influence subjective well-being.
