Objective: The study was designed to explore the brain electrical mechanism ofpsychological process and individual differences, which individual expectation to theappearance of threshold stimulation and psychological reaction after the appearance ofthreshold stimulation and the psychological conflict after responding to threshold stimulation.Method: Using the improved delayed response task, through the participants to completetwo tasks, namely the no motor response to the objective probability stimulation andmovement response to subjective threshold probability stimulation, then the data werestatistically analyzed by SPSS19.0software and Net station software.Result:(1) in the no motor response CNV visual experiment, according to theappearance of whether command stimulation, t test results,CNV amplitude and baselinedifferences are significant; the paired samples t test of P300component afte commandstimulation appeared or not,the results show that t=4.320, p <0.01, the appeared commandstimulation will produce P300, while the stimulation absence does not produce any wave.(2)in the motion response of CNV visual threshold experiment, the two factors repeatedmeasurement variance analysis of response time data found that the main effect of appearedthreshold stimulus conditions significantly, F (1,20)=32.781, p <0.01. the results of CNVcomposition show that the main effect of appeared threshold stimulus conditions significantlyof the CNV late component, F (1,20)=7.750, p <0.05, According to the number ofjudgment threshold stimulation by keystroke, subjects will be divided into conservative andloose standard, found that the interaction between threshold stimulus conditions and factors ofparticipants reached significant level,F(1,20)=6.520, p<0.05; Simple effect analysis resultsshow that threshold stimulus appeared conditions under the condition of conservativestandard subjects effect significantly, F (1,11)=8.74, p <0.05, and under the condition ofloose standard subjects effect was not significant. P300amplitude exist the main effect ofthreshold stimulus appeared conditions significant, F (1,20)=21.957, p <0.01,. Research thedifference of P300amplitude and latency between subjects under the appeared condition, theresults found that P300latency have marginal significant, t=1.843, p <0.1, show the P300latency of loose criteria subjects are shorter than conservative standards. ERN amplitudeshow that the main effect of appeared threshold stimulus conditions significantly, F(1,20)=8.077, p<0.01;latency also show that the main effect of appeared threshold stimulus conditions significantly,F(1,20)=9.379, p<0.01。Pe amplitude show that the main effect ofappeared threshold stimulus conditions significantly,F(1,20)=8.590, p<0.01。Conclusion:(1)The electrical components before stimulus appeared: the participants forthe readiness of the upcoming stimulate all lead to the activation of CNV;(2) The electricalcomponents after stimulus appeared: attention to objective probability stimulation evokedP300, and after subjective threshold stimulation appeared may have mixed wave of P300andEML; The uncertainty of individual responses to stimuli response can lead to conflict, inducedby the larger ERN amplitude;(3) Analysis of individual differences: Orientation choice mayaffect the attention degree of stimulus which participants expect to, thus affect the executionof the result of the reaction.
