Cultural confidence is the mainstream value of contemporary Chinese society.Cultural confidence is an important aspect to improve national self-confidence.Chinese calligraphy is the crystallization of Chinese traditional culture.With the change of history,it is not only a practical language symbol,but also developed into a Unique art style.In addition,it is a necessary subject that people learn it to cultivate themselves.Calligraphy training can make someone relax,eliminate distractions and focus their attention.In addition,a person's handwriting can reflect his own personality characteristics.Clligraphy training is a process that the learner need observes every Chinese character carefully and analyzes the stroke feature,then,write it again and again.This process allows the learner to eliminate distractions and pay their all attention to it.In eperiment 1,we want to explore how the participants process their own handwriting and other people's handwriting.Experimental design with single factor and two levels,The handwriting type is the independent variable.The recognition rate of the handwriting and the ERPs caused by the handwriting are the dependent variables.The results showed that the average amplitude of P200 and P300 that induced by own handwriting was significantly larger than other people's handwriting,this result suggesting that people pay more attention and cognitive resources to their own single Chinese handwriting.In eperiment 2,The effect of calligraphy training based on self-handwriting recognition on attention stability was investigated.The experiment uses the attention cancellation and Oddball paradigm,Results show that after three months of calligraphy training,the attention scores of the children significantly higher than before.In the oddball paradigm,when subjects respond to a bias stimulus.We find that the amplitude of P200 and P300 are significantly larger than before.It is suggested that the calligraphy training based on self-handwriting cognition has the effect of improving attention stability.
