Mr Mu said:"the western culture is mainly to objects, is a science and culture, Chinese culture is mainly to treat, can be called art culture." Based on the cultural connotations between Chinese and western flute solo, music form, mode, tonality, texture, pattern, turning method, style, artistic conception and so on analysis and comparison, reveal the same instruments in different cultural background, historical background and natural environment produce different aesthetic characteristics of solo. And through the analysis of the fauns afternoon, points out that the Chinese and western aesthetic concept, aesthetic features of flute solo in the new historical conditions to fusion tendency, thus giving Chinese flute music creation, performance, teaching with beneficial enlightenment.
