Vocabulary teaching has important position in external-oriented teaching. In Chinese speech, most of them are double words compound words. No matter in language educational circles or teaching Chinese as a foreign language, or psychology circles, they all research Chinese disyllable compound words. At present, semantic transparency arouses researchers’interests. In domestic and overseas, there are already many scholars study semantic transparency. However now few people studied semantic transparency about students of mother tongue is Russian. The studies only investigated among overseas students in China, but now our survey is in the environment without Chinese, we try to research what kind of situation in Russian students, then analysis the acquisition effects of semantic transparency to Chinese disyllable compound words among Russian students. This article is based on the studied of researchers at home and abroad. According two experiment researches, we investigated the effect of semantic transparency to Chinese disyllable compound words among Russian students. Then on the basis of the effects, we give solutions respectively, hoping to help students better learn Chinese.Corpus analysis is collecting60Chinese compositions of Russian students, junior level, medium level, higher level separately20compositions. We analysis how they master transparent words and opacities words. The linguistic data of this experiment come from Beijing Language and Culture University HSK dynamic compositions tagged corpus, which were written by whose mother tongue is Russian, and my students’compositions. We find that different levels’students have different usage rate and accuracy to different transparencies. With the improving of Chinese level, the lower of transparency, the accuracy is improved; the higher of transparency, the accuracy is not improved, it appears "U" shape. When students began to learn, the higher transparency, the higher of accuracy; then in medium level, the higher transparency, the lower of accuracy; in high level, the higher transparency, the accuracy rise again to some extent. The high level students have high accuracy of high transparency words, but it also improves biased error. This situation has many reasons, students themselves and Chinese words both can lead to it.The second experiment research is making questionnaire, we give out30questionnaires to make a test, investigating primary class, middle class and high class, trying to see the ability of guessing the meaning of a word according language element meaning. We find different lexical structure also influence accuracy:"associative form<modifier-core structures<verb-object construction ". Verb-object construction in Russian is similar to Chinese, so it is easy to understand. In Chinese level vocabulary outline, over modifier-core structures share a lot, and they are usually semitransparent words, easy to master. But associative form is a little complex, appearing partial words, which difficult to distinguish. At last, we combine "New Practical Chinese Reader" and "Great Wall Chinese", these two kinds teaching materials to discuss the inspiration of semantic transparency to textbook compilation and teaching. We hope to make pointed references help Chinese language learners effectively learn Chinese language.
