A Brief Analysis Of The Overseas Chinese Spiritual Culture Of Fuqing And Its Influence

Fuqing is one of the most important overseas Chinese hometown in China.They have a long history of going abroad. Moreover, it has become a kind of their tradition now. Fuqing people enjoys a good reputation both at home and abroad because of its unique spirit, brave, struggle, and hard working spirits. This paper mainly introduces the reasons why Fuqing people can make great success abroad and puts forward its guiding significance for contemporary teenagers in Fuqing by analyzing the characteristics.In the latter part of this paper, the author keenly puts forward the problem that the contemporary spirit of Fuqing is gradually fading away by some examples to illustrate the serious situation at present. People in Fuqing now is no longer so hard working as the elder generation. Through analyzing this problem, author puts forward the way to cultivate the contemporary teenagers of Fuqing and develop its spirit.This article consists of five chapters studding the characteristics and influence of the overseas Chinese cultural of Fuqing. The first chapter introduces some background of the spirits, such as the history, the country they had been and the situation now. The second chapter, in time order,analyzes the patriotic spirit and the love of hometown of Fuqing overseas Chinese before and after the reform and opening up. The third chapter tells its great influence including improving the image of Chinese and the nation, promoting the development and setting an example for shaping the culture of Fuqing. The fourth chapter illustrates the degradation of the spirit and the reason by some examples. The fifth chapter puts forward the way to deal this problem according to chapter four.Overall, this article demonstrates the point of view comprehensively by using cases, interviews and other different forms. It also makes some effort to do research on the issue.
