Investigation Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Supporting By Fuqing

With the continuous development of globalization, China’s culture is constantly shocked to foreign culture.So to protect local culture has become the center of an important policy in recent years. As an important part of Chinese culture,intangible cultural heritage has a bright national character and become the focus of national attention. This paper chooses a county-level city-Fuqing City as the research object. I go to the rural, researching on our intangible cultural heritage protection work deeply.I not only find out the Fuqing local non-material cultural heritage of the overall situation, its heritage, development, research,but communicate with government departments several times, carrying the Financial capital in non-material cultural heritage.With the communication to two aspects of private and public,I finally found the funds to support non-material cultural heritage exists some issues,like a small amount of money, uneven distribution,ect. and provide some ideas.I want to caused concern in Fuqing city, making few Government financial support to maximize and promote the intangible cultural heritage in Fuqing.The paper is divided into four parts (four chapters), the first part discusses that the cultural development needs government support necessarily. Since culture is the public nature of products.Everyone can enjoy the culture and obtain the fair’s spiritual interests.Culture is also a wisdom of the people, the representative of the government and the country’s image. Meanwhile, it is very difficult to protect the cultural relying solely on the power of the individual.Therefore, cultural protection and development must rely on government forces.Second part discusses the supporting status of national intangible cultural heritage.It discusses mainly from the national financial legislation and practical funding measures amount of Fuqing,fitting to the subject of this article-the funding issues of intangible cultural heritage. In the third part,i talk to several non-material cultural heritage inheritors and obtain the first-hand information. In the fourth section, I do a comprehensive sponsor, finding out the problems in funding of Fuqing intangible cultural heritage,then put up with the relative feasibility solutions.
