Therefore, it is an effective way to push forward urban development.Jinan city, famous for its great history and culture, have a variety of intangible cultural heritage resources. At present, Jinan is making efforts to realize the transformation of intangible cultural heritage resources to cultural capital through the protection, inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage as well as path industrialization. However, there exists a series of problems in the process of this transformation. For example, lack of effective resource value evaluation system; imbalance in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage resources; insufficient development and employment; lack of efficient publicity, small audience of the intangible cultural heritage and so on. Based on this fact, we should propose a path which is proper for intangible cultural heritage resources capitalization in Jinan City so as to advance the process of intangible cultural heritage resources capitalization in Jinan City and promote the development and construction of Jinan city.
