An Economic Ethical Investigation On Fundament Of Market Economy

Market economy is legal economy, but also moral economy. Western economists on the efficiency of the market economy at the same time, underscore the importance of the system construction of the market economy, underscore the important role of laws and morals on economic and social order. This presupposition from the connotation of market economy and the "economic man" as the starting point, analyzes the lack of economic person presupposition exists, description of the "economic man" presupposition as a guide, may bring to the market economy and the social consequences; and based on the criticism and correction of the presupposition of economic man, the market economy the moral connotation. On this basis, this paper thinks, economic life is an aspect of social life, economic life of the people first should be understood as a member of society of whole life. Starting from this understanding, moral problems on economic behavior, it should start this from two dimensions of characteristics of social ethics and economic life itself, and realize the ethical considerations and economic balance and integration of the two dimensions in the specific economic practice. Finally, this paper examines the moral issue of the environment of market economy, therefore, the state macro-control through legal, economic, administrative and other means of the necessity of the regulation of market economy emphasizes, to health, stability, safeguard the overall interests of the state and the market economy development.
