Time management disposition is individual in use time on the way of psychological andbehavioral characteristics, a multi-dimensional and multi-level mental structure, by the timeworth, time monitoring and self-efficacy of three dimensions. Sense of time value by the timevalue of social orientation and personal orientation dimension sense of time value of the twopoints; Time monitoring concept by setting goals, plans, priority, time distribution andfeedback level five points; Self-efficacy of time by time management efficiency and timemanagement behavior effectiveness is divided into two degrees. Anxiety is a complexemotional responses from tension, anxiety, worry and fear. Achievement motivation is peoplein completing the task to the success of the internal motivation. To a man you think importantand valuable things to do, and efforts to achieve the perfect degree of an inner driving force.Time management disposition is the one of the important problems in the junior high schoolstudent life, although the existent research on time management disposition discusses in somerelated factors, but the countryside junior middle school students’ time managementdisposition, the findings of a study of anxiety and achievement motivation. For thisreason,this investigate the relationship between the time management disposition of ruraljunior middle school students, anxiety and achievement motivation through the actualinvestigation, further verify the conclusion has some research, and hope to find out a newdiscovery.This study employs questionnaire, using "Adolescence Time Management DispositionScale","Achievement Motivation Scale" and "Self Rating Anxiety Scale" on the west area ofWuan,244students from grade7to grade9tested, excluding9invalid questionnaires,235valid questionnaires were received. The data obtained were statistically analyzedThe results found: For different gender in rural junior high school students timemanagement aspects there was no significant difference in grades between time control onlysignificant differences exist, and the lower grades of the time a good self-management andsenior students. Furthermore boarders time self-management is better than non-residentstudents. While junior high school students have a certain amount of self-control, but theself-control is still very weak, need more external environment of the binding. Thus the junior middle school students time self management under the constraint of external factors wouldbe better.Rural Junior Middle School Time Management Disposition and Achievement Motivationsignificant positive correlation with anxiety as a significant negative correlation; rural juniorhigh achievement motivation on certain prediction anxiety, rural junior high studentachievement motivation in students, their anxiety level is low time self-management isreasonable.
