Oil painting originated in the west, in early twentieth Century to our country, at a time of crisis, many painters, pick up the brush, painting as a weapon, reflect the state, exposing the war and tyranny, exerting significant people education, inspiration effect. In1942, in "Yanan Forum on literature and art" of speech, the painter set for "worker-peasant-soldier services" concept, this concept has been gradually formed the Chinese painting education. In the new era of twenty-first Century,"the new art must be with the people, with" oil painting must have a wide range of social education, while the educational effect should be through the construction of aesthetic consciousness can be realized. Therefore, this article from the perspective of aesthetic painting, oil painting in the fine arts education effect is discussed, focusing on the theoretical basis of oil painting, oil painting aesthetic expansion of the aesthetic education, aesthetic approach and improve the ability of appreciation of oil painting, also with some representatives of some classic oil painting or contemporary paintings as an example, analysis of the practice of painting aesthetics the aim is to strengthen education, art education, aesthetic consciousness and good behavior to build advanced culture to lead the social development.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part, the oil painting art aesthetic consciousness and art education in the Western survey as well as the background, research purpose, research methods and significance of this study, and puts forward the research should be discussed in depth.The second chapter, elaborated the theory basis of aesthetic painting, from Piaget’s cognitive theory, Koffka’s Gestalt theory, Maslow’s needs theory, analyzes the people appreciate Characteristic Aesthetic Consciousness in the process of development of oil painting, around the same time, painting works of art on theoretical analysis point of view, to further strengthen the significance of aesthetic education.The third chapter describes the extended education of oil painting, aesthetic consciousness, analyzes the relationship between aesthetics and art education, and around this theme from the point of view of aesthetic education viewpoint, the representative paintings as an example, a detailed analysis of the development of the concept of culture and ideas, artistic vision and professional to open, equal, art affective education and the delight of life and education of both, is to enhance the aesthetic ability.The fourth chapter, the significance of painting aesthetic and art education, expounds the characteristics on the basis of human psychological development law and paintings of the way and method of aesthetic education. By aesthetic education, so that people can better enhance the aesthetic consciousness, thus the beautification of the mind and the environment, stimulate the good social relationship, and promote the harmonious development between man and nature, man and man, man and society.The fifth chapter, is a conclusion part of the thesis, convey the thought of aesthetic education through the painting, cognitive, and expects the future research.
