Recent years, with the rapid development of the unification of worldeconomy, and the constant integration of China’s economy and culture with those ofthe world, China, as a big trading country, has been being the focus of the world.And an increasing number of foreigners pay close attention to Chinese and learn itwith great effort, which, to a certain extent, speeds up the development of Chinese–teaching to the non-Chinese speakers. Moreover, the number of the ConfuciusInstitute founded in foreign countries is increasing, which establishes an idealplatform for our Chinese-teaching to foreigners. And the exchange of students witheach country also offers some advantages to our Chinese-teaching. However, as thedifferences of grammar structure, historical culture background between China andother countries, Chinese has been being regarded as one of the most difficultlanguages by the world.This paper starts with the related concepts of Chinese-teaching to theforeigners, as a foundation of which, then elaborates the oral teaching part. And thispaper takes the real teaching situation as an example to interpret the problemsexisting in the teaching materials, teaching methods, teaching goals and teachingevaluation system and so on, hoping via the analysis of the oral teaching part inChinese teaching to provide the development of Chinese-teaching to thenon-Chinese speakers with some positive theoretical guidance and teachingenlightenment.
