The raise goal of Childhood education normal school is to prepare qualified baby teachers in the future. Along with the development of economy and society, people's requirements for baby teacher's spoken language accomplishment and the spoken language expression have been enhanced day by day. The level of spoken language expression is important not only for the study of childhood education normal school students, but also, to a great extent, for their adaptation degree for work and society in the future. To the baby teachers, they teach the babies who understand very little to the characters, and mold children's fine minds with the successful key of spoken language power of expression in education. Therefore, the spoken language power of expression is one of the necessary basic capabilities for childhood education normal school students. And the spoken language proficiency's height has the special vital significance for the baby teachers who are engaged in the formative education. But for many years, spoken language teaching in the pedagogical colleges and schools has had a undesirable tendency. That is to emphasize theory-learning not practice, knowledge not ability,"moving the brain"not"opening the mouth". As a result, a part of childhood education normal school students'professional spoken language accomplishment is not good enough. So the important content of spoken language teaching currently has focused on exploring a set of strategy to train childhood education normal school students'professional spoken language ability and developing their ability of transforming the theory to spoken language operation.This paper starts from the need of childhood education normal school students'adoptions for social development and takes the need of baby teacher's specialization as the premise. With the combination of modern education theory and the writer's own spoken language teaching practice, the writer has carried on the investigation and comparison to present situation of childhood education normal school students'spoken language teaching, and conducted the reconsideration research in typical questions of childhood education normal school students'spoken language teaching. On the basis of investigation and analysis in childhood education normal school students'spoken language teaching, this paper establishes the portal frame construction from the following three aspects: First, the importance of setting spoken language course under the new situation; Second, also the of the paper, namely the strategy analysis and teaching practice of raising students'spoken language proficiency; Third, the appraisal ponder to spoken language teaching. This paper's research characteristic lies in the prominent of childhood education normal school students'professional characteristic. In spoken language teaching, teachers combine spoken language with childhood education normal school students'particularity, the spoken language classroom instruction with the extracurricular external study, the language theory of learning with the language study practice. The writer explores new methods and the new patterns for childhood education normal school students'spoken language teaching, with the hope of exploring a new mentality and new method in spoken language teaching to a certain extent through this research, in order that it would seek a helpful and effective path for enhancing professional spoken language ability of childhood education normal school students.
