Origin Of Augustin’s Aesthetics

Hsun-Tzu’s ideology of Li is a important historic periods in the development of Pre-Qin ideology of Li. Its ideology of Li have a big impact on the ancient China’s theories of ruling the state. The tendency of valuing Li and putting it as a supplement of laws will provide an important reference to the construction of moral construction and law construction in our country. This article includes three parts:In the first part, our research mainly study the theoretical basis of Hsun-Tzu’s ideology of Li. It’s the theory of human nature and heaven. Hsun-Tzu’s thought of "control and take advantage of the heaven" is outstanding in the theory of human natural and heaven in the periods of Pre-Qin and his theory of human nature go beyond Confucius and Mencius’s good human nature theory.In the second part, the article illuminates the origin and the function of Hsun-Tzu’s ideology of Li. Its foundation of ideology of Li is the theory of human natural and heaven. Li is moral conduct of man which is created by saint and its function is adjust human’s desire.In the third part, the research explained the social significance and theoretical significance of Hsun-Tzu’s ideology of Li from the angle of psychology and cultural. And on this basis we discussed the significance and value for our socialist moral and law construction.
