College is to acquire knowledge and skills to survive the critical period. But this studyfound that higher medical schools, some nursing students in varying degrees of learningburnout, for example, have no interest in learning, lack of motivation, students’ mental andphysical exhaustion, low sense of self-worth is also growing. Learning Burnout problems notonly affect the physical and mental development of college students, but also a waste ofeducational resources. The previous study also found that self-efficacy and learning burnouthave a close relationship.In this study, Lian Rong preparation of "Learning Burnout Questionnaire" and Liang YuChung preparation of "academic self-efficacy scale" as an investigative tool, the survey forthe Hebei Medical University students at the school nurse. The purpose of this study was toinvestigate the relationship between college nursing students learn academic self-efficacy andburnout. The study found:(1) High nurse students learn Burnout: High nurse students inmisconduct, personal accomplishment two dimensions exhibit higher learning burnout; indepression exhibited lower on learning burnout; in depression, misconduct andaccomplishment low level girls showed higher learning burnout; a year are in the low moodand behavioral differences between the two factors above improper sophomore; non-ruralstudents in depression and low achievement scores were high on two factors for rural students;factor in personal accomplishment, and one child scored significantly higher than non-child;factor in depression, and vocational students were significantly higher than junior collegestudents, college students were significantly higher than the students received special,significantly higher than the tertiary vocational students take the students; factor inmisconduct, and vocational students were significantly higher than junior college students,significantly higher than those specifically college students take the students, significantlyhigher than the tertiary vocational students take the students.(2) The high status ofself-efficacy of nurse students: Boys’ self-efficacy scores were significantly higher than girls,boys scored significantly higher than the ability to learn the girls. Second grade self-efficacy scores, learning ability and learning behavior scores were significantly higher than a year.There was no significant difference in different geographical student, whether child, theself-efficacy score. Factor in the ability to learn, and specifically pick the students wassignificantly higher than junior college students, college students were significantly higherthan vocational students, specifically pick the students was significantly higher thanvocational students; behavioral factors on learning, specifically pick the students wassignificantly higher than junior college students, college students were significantly higherthan vocational students, specifically pick the students was significantly higher thanvocational students.(3) the effectiveness of learning and Learning Burnout: learningeffectiveness and learning burnout score showed a significant negative correlation, learningability and learning behaviors were associated with depression, misconduct, personalaccomplishment three factors were significantly negatively correlated; learning effectiveness.on learning burnout has a negative predictive effect.Thus, there are individual differences in academic self-efficacy and learning burnout.Academic self-efficacy scores on learning burnout scores had significant negative predictor,that higher student self-efficacy, the lower their learning burnout.
